I can offer you the space and time to pause, reflect and consider where you are in life now and how you would like things to be different. In complete confidence and without judgement we work together on the issues that matter to you.

I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, addictions, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
Whatever difficulties you are going through I use my experience as an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist to offer support and insight as we work together to explore your life and the areas you wish to change.

The first step is to arrange an initial meeting at a mutually agreeable time to discuss how I could help you. My London consulting room is in Marshalsea Road, closely located to Borough Underground station and within easy reach of the City, London Bridge and Waterloo.
I also see clients in a clinical setting in East Grinstead, Sussex.
